Configurations
The Configurations section allows you to adjust certain aspects of Revaly’s behavior to align with your CRM or billing engine setup. These settings define how Revaly interprets and manages transactions, ensuring that recovery activity remains consistent with your internal logic and business rules.
You can access this section by navigating to Account Settings → Configurations in the left-hand menu of the Revaly Client Portal.
There are 2 major aspects to configure:
- Intelligent timing settings
- Account Currencies
Intelligent Timing
You can configure key parameters that control how Intelligent Timing manages retry activity for your transactions. These options allow you to define limits such as the maximum number of retries, and the minimum and maximum transaction amounts eligible for retry.
Separate configuration values can be applied to both Cardholder-Initiated Transactions (CIT) and Merchant-Initiated Transactions (MIT), providing greater control over how Revaly schedules and prioritizes recovery attempts.
Warning
Please contact your Customer Success Manager before making any changes. Altering this configuration can negatively impact our ability to approved payments.

Click on Update Configurations to enter into update more. Make sure you hit Savein order for your changes to take effect, or Cancel if you don't want to save.
Account Currencies
Any currency configured in the "Allowed currencies" field will appear in this table. You can click on "Update Configuration" and edit a currency to hide it in your reports.

Adding a currency in this section will not make it available in your gateways. If you need to add a new currency for processing, you will need to add it to the payment gateway.
