The "refundedPayment" endpoint enables merchants to inform Revaly about payments that were refunded outside of the platform. Unlike the standard refund transaction, where the refund is processed by Revaly at the gateway, the refundedPayment endpoint is designed for cases where the refund has already been executed externally.
