Vault token returned on transaction responses

New cards are now saved in the Revaly vault as soon as they reach us, whether they arrive through the API or in a batch file. Our responses carry that card's vault token, on transaction reads, the paged transaction list and payment-method responses.

You can use the token to reference a stored card without handling the card number yourself.
