Hyp (CreditGuard) gateway support

Revaly now connects directly to Hyp (CreditGuard), the gateway used by many merchants in Israel. Authorizations, charges and refunds run through the same flow as any other Revaly gateway, and CreditGuard decline codes map to our internal codes so retries behave consistently.
Every approved charge also returns CreditGuard's own card token and expiry date, so you can keep your stored card details current when CreditGuard issues a new token.
